Mainly fish the Trent for barbel, chub, carp and pike, also occasionally fish the Severn at Ironbridge, when i can get the opportunity to go there, also like fishing the River Soar which is a very nice river to fish, a bit like a canal in places & similar to the Dove. I much prefer river fishing to still waters its more exciting & a challenge compared to the still waters, also like to fish the canals in the closed season.

Dislikes:

Eels ( the bait robbing little monsters ) when you are fishing for barbel etc etc.

Self appointed professionals/wannabes, you know the kind that like to think they know it all, There are a few out there on the Internet forums.
I have worked with a few of those kind in the past & can tell you its great when they find out they were wrong & end up apologising, then you get to tell them where to shove the apology.


Politicians, you know the kind that always answer a question with a question. ( lying gits )


Likes:

River fishing, especially when they have got plenty of floodwater.

Falling in love with gorgeous ladies ( well don't we all ).

Having great friends, you know how the saying goes " you can pick & choose your friends but you cannot pick & choose your family".

Also like visiting the Crucible theatre in Sheffield for the snooker world championships, when i can get the tickets.
